Don't you think that.. some songs actually sound like foreign music? i mean.. at some point when i hear some songs in the radio, i would actually think that the singer or the band is a foreigner..... what do you guys think?

I've only listened to a few singers and one band, MYMP, so I don't know what it should sound like... Listening to Tagalog reminds me the times I did try to study Spanish... Some words are alike...

okay I'm new to the whole Pinoy music thing, but when I first listened to some of the music, I agree... some of them do sound foreign. xP but its cool though cause I still like it! =3

well i just love pinoy music, even the oldies as i would call them, hagibis, asin, etc. i like all kinds of pinoy music: alternative, pop, rock, hip-hop, rap... i have found so much music on myspace music, all i do is search under phillippines, and look up the most listened to groups or persons. gloc9, dice & k9, mymp, hale, rivermaya, spongecola,...

well, a lot of bands have been sounding like western bands already.. i just wish that they have a bit more "Pinoyness" in their sounds.. XD well just wishing..
